Claims
Abstract
A plurality of candy and gum containers with a variety of shapes and features. The shapes of the different embodiments include a guitar, a race car, a surfboard, a book, a star, a rectangle, a lighter and an ice cream cone. All embodiments are made of metal and the upper portion of each embodiment can be hinged together to the lower portion of that embodiment or the upper portion of each embodiment can be separated from the lower portion of that embodiment.

1 . A candy and gum container, comprised of:
a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion having a top surface and sidewalls on the perimeter of the top surface, and the bottom portion having a bottom surface and sidewalls on the perimeter of the bottom surface, said top portion aligning together with and closing over said bottom portion, forming said container for holding candy and gum and the like; and the top portion being slightly larger and in the same shape as the bottom portion, allowing the top portion sidewalls to close on the bottom portion as desired.
2 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of a guitar.
3 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of a race car.
4 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of a surfboard.
5 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of a rectangle.
6 . The container according to claim 5 , wherein the container has an interior mirror.
7 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of an ice cream cone.
8 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of a star.
9 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of a book.
10 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the container is in the shape of a lighter.
11 . A candy and gum container, comprised of:
a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion having a top surface and sidewalls on the perimeter of the top surface and the bottom portion having a bottom surface and sidewalls on the perimeter of the bottom surface, said top portion aligning together with and closing over said bottom portion, forming said container for holding candy and gum and the like; the top portion being slightly larger and in the same shape as the bottom portion, allowing the top portion to close on the bottom portion as desired; and the top portion is hinged to the bottom portion, allowing the container to open and close as desired.
12 . The container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is in the shape of a guitar.
13 . The container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is in the shape of a race car.
14 . The container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is in the shape of a surfboard.
15 . The container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is in the shape of a rectangle.
16 . The container according to claim 15 , wherein the container is provided with an inside mirror.
17 . The container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is in the shape of an ice cream cone.
18 . The container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is in the shape of a star.
19 . The container according to claim 11 , wherein the container is in the shape of a book.
