By means of the insertion of the blocking section into the DVD container to latch the positioning structure at the position of the central hole of the compact disk such that the positioning structure is unable to be separated from the compact disk by pressing and deforming the structure. Therefore, an unauthorized user or thief is unable to open the DVD container or take away the compact disk that is latched to the DVD container, and prevent the compact disk from being stolen by the thief by pressing the positioning structure.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A burglarproof fastening, comprising:
a blocking element, and a blocking section disposed on the blocking element, thereby an insertion of the blocking section into the DVD container latches a positioning structure to a central hole of a compact disk, and the positioning structure is unable to be separated from the compact disk by pressing and deforming the positioning structure.

2 . The burglarproof fastening as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the blocking element assumes a circular plate shape.

3 . The burglarproof fastening as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a section of a external periphery of the blocking element has a notch adjoins the blocking section.

4 . The burglarproof fastening as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the blocking element has a cincture at the top surface of the blocking element corresponsive to the shape of the notch and blocking section.

5 . The burglarproof fastening as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the cincture assumes C shape.

6 . The burglarproof fastening as claimed in claim 3 , further comprising a side of the blocking section having a guiding portion and adjacent to the notch.
