Luminous ball
Abstract
A luminous ball is provided that is easily recognized or identified under reduced lighting conditions, such as a dim light at light. The luminous ball makes it possible to induce much interest of the player and the audiences, to utilize a luminous ball itself as a reflecting safe mark to prevent any car accident during returning home or transferring other place at night, and to find out the exact position of a ball even when the ball falls down to a dark place. Further, there is almost no problem such as the decrease of emitting ratio or the peeling or damage of the soft resin film on the circumferential surface of the ball, even when a luminous ball is continuously employed during sports games. The luminous ball is prepared by cutting luminous ball fabrics ( 4 ) into luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) with a specific form and shape, and sticking or sewing said luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) onto the circumferential surface of tube ( 2 ) or inner cover ( 3 ) of the ball to allow its circumferential surface to have a luminous structure.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A luminous ball characterized in that it is prepared by cutting luminous ball fabrics ( 4 ) into luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) with a specific form and shape, and sticking or sewing said luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) onto the circumferential surface of tube ( 2 ) or inner cover ( 3 ) of the ball to allow its circumferential surface to have a luminous structure.
2 . The luminous ball according to claim 1 , characterized in that said luminous ball fabrics ( 4 ) and said luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) cut therefrom are prepared by passing a soft resin film ( 5 ) through a film processing machinery ( 10 ) to form a jagged surface ( 7 ) on the bottom surface of said soft resin film, holding said soft resin film ( 5 ) onto a sticking sheet ( 6 ) such that said jagged surface of the soft resin film ( 5 ) is faced to the sticking sheet, and treating their fringes by the high-frequency bonding process to combine them.
3 . The luminous ball according to claim 1 , characterized in that it has a cushion property by being prepared by a process comprising cutting said luminous ball fabrics ( 4 ) into luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) according to the size and shape of the ball, treating the fringe of said luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) by the high-frequency bonding process, attaching a sponge ( 14 ) having a predetermined thickness onto the bottom of said fabrics, and then sticking the resultant luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) onto the circumferential surface of the ball.
4 . The luminous ball according to claim 2 , characterized in that it has a cushion property by being prepared by a process comprising cutting said luminous ball fabrics ( 4 ) into luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) according to the size and shape of the ball, treating the fringe of said luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) by the high-frequency bonding process, attaching a sponge ( 14 ) having a predetermined thickness onto the bottom of said fabrics, and then sticking the resultant luminous ball fabrics pieces ( 9 ) onto the circumferential surface of the ball.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
