Abstract

A closed container comprising a valve provided on a container body, through which valve a hand, or an article enters and exits an inner space of the container body, the closed container capable of maintaining an adequate sealing performance and preventing air leakage while eliminating generation of a gap due to bending and wrinkles caused on the valve in a wound state when the valve in a wound state is received in the inner space in case of non-use. A valve in the form of a flat bag with both inner and outer ends thereof opened is formed by vertically overlapping two soft sheets, which are varied in thickness to provide thin wall portions in an outer area thereof and thick wall portions in an inner area thereof and of which inner surfaces mutually possess a self-adhesion, and fusing the same along both ends thereof in a widthwise direction, and the valve is mounted to be communicated to the inner space of the container body such that the valve in a wound state is received in the inner space of the container body when the valve is not used.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A closed container comprising a valve in the form of a flat bag with both inner and outer ends thereof opened, formed by vertically overlapping two soft sheets, which are varied in thickness to provide thin wall portions in an outer area thereof and thick wall portions in an inner area thereof and of which inner surfaces mutually possess a self-adhesion, and fusing the same along both ends thereof in a widthwise direction, and an entrance and exit port provided on a part of a container body of closed structure to be able to open and close, and wherein the valve has an inner end thereof joined to an inner surface of the container body so as to be communicated to the inner space of the container body and an outer end thereof made free, and the valve can be taken out from the container body through the entrance and exit port as opened when the valve is used, and put in a wound state to be received in the inner space of the container body when the valve is not used.

2 . The closed container according to claim 1 , further comprising a winding core for coiling the valve, and wherein the winding core comprises a flexible pipe body and a core rod, which is inserted into the pipe body when the valve is wound around an outer periphery of the pipe body, and pulled out from the pipe body when the valve in a state of being wound around the pipe body is received in the inner space of the container body.
