Abstract

The present invention relates to a color printing method for tetoron clothes. Primary immerse a bundle of tetoron clothes in PU (polyurethane) adhesive. Then coat the surface of the clothes with a layer of liquid PVC (polyvinyl chloride), wait till the PVC layer dry out, and use a roller to pave the surface flat and attain a smooth surface of PVC layer for color printing on it. Based on the above-mentioned manufacturing procedures, continuous printing on tetoron clothes can be processed and gain the best printing quality with vivid, artful, and stereo presentation effects.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A color printing method for tetoron clothes comprising: 
 (a) immersing a bundle of the tetoron clothes into PU adhesive so as to make the PU adhesive penetrate into the fiber pore of tetoron clothes;    (b) coating the surface of the tetoron clothes with a layer of liquid PVC till the PVC layer dry out, and then paving the surface with a roller to attain a flat and smooth PVC layer;    (c) processing color printing on the surface of the tetoron clothes.
