Inleakageproof structure for escape opening of a coil-type compressor
Abstract
An inleakageproof structure for escape opening of a coil-type compressor. An outer wall face of the fixed coiled body of the compressor is formed with an annular oil groove around the escape opening. The oil groove is formed within a range covered by the valve plate. A valve plate is disposed on the outer wall face of the fixed coiled body corresponding to the escape opening. An oil liquid exhausted from the escape opening is contained in the oil groove. By means of capillarity of the oil liquid in the oil groove, the oil liquid automatically seals a gap between the valve plate and the outer wall face of the fixed coiled body.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An inleakageproof structure for escape opening of a coil-type compressor, a fixed coiled body and a cooperative movable coiled body being disposed in the compressor, the fixed coiled body being formed with an escape opening, a valve plate being disposed on outer wall face of the fixed coiled body corresponding to the escape opening, whereby after the movable coiled body is rotated to compress the gas, the high pressure gas pushes away the valve plate to unblock the escape opening, permitting the high pressure gas to escape from the escape opening, said inleakageproof structure being characterized in that the outer wall face of the fixed coiled body is formed with an annular oil groove around the escape opening within a range covered by the valve plate, an oil liquid exhausted from the escape opening being contained in the oil groove, whereby by means of capillarity of the oil liquid in the oil groove, the oil liquid automatically seals a gap between the valve plate and the outer wall face.
2 . The inleakageproof structure for escape opening of a coil-type compressor as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a stop board is disposed on the fixed coiled body corresponding to the valve plate, whereby the valve plate is sandwiched between the stop board and the fixed coiled body, the stop board serving to restrict the extent to which the valve plate is opened.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
