Williams triceps bench

Abstract

An apparatus for isolating and exercising the triceps muscle and the inner pectorals by using free weights. The apparatus places the body in the safest position possible for performing these exercises and can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of weightlifting bars and most sizes of weightlifter. The apparatus can also be adjusted to allow the exerciser to perform the lying bench press.

What I claim as my invention is:  
     
         1 . The Benches ability to allow a weightlifter to isolate the triceps muscle and use free weights while having the body placed in the safest position possible while performing the Lying Triceps Press and the close grip bench press.  
     
     
         2 . The combination of widths to which one machine can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of weightlifting bars and most sizes of weightlifter.  
     
     
         3 . The machine's capability of being used to perform the lying triceps press and the close grip bench press and its capability to be adjusted to be used for the lying bench press.
