Abstract

This invention relates to the seat belt fixing device which is combined by the housing, two seat belt plugs and the push-hold lock unit, characterized in that the push-hold lock unit integrates cleverly the push end, the lock end, and the axis trough, so the push-hold can make the swinging movement by the pillar as the center of the circle and the above structure can be made by one-step with the same function as button, the hold lock structure, flexible unit and flexible delivery component of the prior art. The present invention reduces the manufacture cost of the components and has less trouble in the assembly in order to increase the producing speed of products for falling their selling price. The failure rate of such products will be reduced and its safety will be improved due to the simplification of such components.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

         1 . A seat belt fixing device for fastening a seat belt, comprising:
 a housing; a seat belt plug with a fixing hole that connects said seat belt; a push-hold lock unit being fixed on a pillar inside said housing, wherein said push-hold lock unit makes the swinging movement by said pillar as the center of the circle, further comprising:
 a push end being at one side of said push-hold lock unit;
 a lock end being at the other side of said push-hold lock unit;
   wherein said push-hold lock unit is at the locked status when said push end is not pushed downwards and exposes out a first hole of said housing, said push-hold lock unit is at the released status when said push end is pushed downwards.

         2 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 1 , wherein said lock end further comprises a locked gearwheel to fix said fixing hole of said seat belt plug.

         3 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 1 , wherein said lock end of said push-hold lock unit inserts into said fixing hole of said seat belt plug when said seat belt plug is put into a second hole of said housing to fasten said seat belt; said lock, end of said push-hold lock unit leaves from said fixing hole of said seat belt plug when said push end of said push-hold lock unit is pushed downwards to release said seat belt.

         4 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 1 , wherein said push-hold lock unit further comprises a first elastic unit which is under said push end of said push-hold lock unit to offer a elastic force holding said push end for keeping said push-hold lock unit to be at the locked status when said push end is not pushed downwards.

         5 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 4 , wherein said first elastic unit is a spring.

         6 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 4 , wherein said first elastic unit is an elastic piece.

         7 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 1 , wherein said housing further comprises a second elastic unit which is inside said housing to offer a elastic force for making said seat belt plug to leave from said housing when said push hold lock unit is at the released status.

         8 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 7 , wherein said first elastic unit is a spring.

         9 . The seat belt fixing device of claim 7 , wherein said first elastic unit is an elastic piece.
