Abstract

A backpack designed to carry school books and supples and is structured to mount inside a school locker in an open position allowing access to all school books, notebooks and other supplies. When taken out of the locker, the locker pack closes to secure its contents. Padded shoulder straps allows the pack to be carried on the students back. A back panel has a pocket for inserting at least one of a level 4 bullet proof carbon fiber panel, corrugated plastic/card board panel for additional structural support, books, notebooks, and a notebook computer.

What is claimed:  
     
         1 . A backpack for carrying objects and storing the objects in a open and accessible manner in a locker, comprising. 
 a back panel,    two side panels moveably attached to the back panel    two front panels, one each moveably attached to one of said side panels;    a plurality of storage compartments attached to and in said back and front panels; and    a top panel moveably attached to said back panel for securing said front panels when closed in front of said back panel.    
     
     
         2 . The backpack according to  claim 1 , including a pair of shoulder straps attached to said back panel.  
     
     
         3 . The backpack according to  claim 1 , including a waist strap attached to said back panel.  
     
     
         4 . The backpack according to  claim 1 , including a plurality of storage pockets in said two side panels.  
     
     
         5 . The backpack according to  claim 1 , including at least one storage pocket in said back panel.  
     
     
         6 . The backpack according to  claim 1 , wherein said back panel has a pocket for inserting at least one of a level 4 bullet proof carbon fiber panel, corrugated plastic/card board panel for additional structural support, books, notebooks, and a notebook computer.  
     
     
         7 . The backpack according to  claim 6 , wherein said support panel is selected from one of a level 4 bullet proof carbon fiber panel, a corrugated plastic panel and a cardboard panel.  
     
     
         8 . The backpack according to  claim 1 , including at least one securing strap for holding said front panels in a closed position.  
     
     
         9 . The backpack according to  claim 1 , wherein said top panel is held securely down by at least one hook and loop fastener.  
     
     
         10 . A backpack for carrying objects and storing the objects in a open and accessible manner in a locker, comprising. 
 a back panel,    two side panels moveably attached to the back panel    two front panels, one each moveably attached to one of said side panels;    a plurality of storage compartments attached to and in said back and front panels;    a top panel moveably attached to said back panel for securing said front panels when closed in front of said back panel; and    a pair of should straps attached to said back panel.    
     
     
         11 . The backpack according to  claim 10 , including a waist strap attached to said back panel.  
     
     
         12 . The backpack according to  claim 10 , including a plurality of storage pockets in said two side panels.  
     
     
         13 . The backpack according to  claim 10 , including at least one storage pocket in said back panel.  
     
     
         14 . The backpack according to  claim 10 , wherein said back panel has a pocket for inserting at least one of a level 4 bullet proof carbon fiber panel, corrugated plastic/card board panel for additional structural support, books, notebooks, and a notebook computer.  
     
     
         15 . The backpack according to  claim 14 , wherein said support panel is selected from one of a level 4 bullet proof carbon fiber panel, a corrugated plastic panel and a cardboard panel.  
     
     
         16 . The backpack according to  claim 10 , including at least one securing strap for holding said front panels in a closed position.  
     
     
         17 . The backpack according to  claim 10 , wherein said top panel is held securely down by at least one hook and loop fastener.
