Abstract

A conventional game of Blackjack modified so that the play of the game remains the same, but the house advantage is increased in a manner which does not affect the player's desire to play the game. The Blackjack game is played with a single deck of 52 cards. A player places a wager to be entitled to play, and cards are dealt to the player and dealer/house. Play continues in the conventional manner with, if desired or applicable, insurance bets, double-down, splits, surrender, and/or player and/or house standing or receiving one or more additional cards. The player's hand is compared to the dealer's hand in accordance with conventional Blackjack rules to determine if the player's hand is a winning hand. If the player's hand is a winning Blackjack (i.e. two card 21) then the player is paid a winning in the amount of 6:5 times their original wager.
