Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

         1 . A capped screw comprising:
a fastener body including a head provided on top thereof, said head including a bottom surface, a gasket engaged onto said fastener body and engaged with said bottom surface of said head, and a cap including a chamber formed therein for receiving said head of said fastener body, and including a downwardly extended peripheral skirt having a lower portion folded radially and inwardly to engage with said gasket and to secure said gasket to said head of said fastener body.

2 . The capped screw according to claim 1 , wherein said fastener body includes a peripheral flange extended radially outward from said head and provided between said fastener body and said head, said cap includes a peripheral flap extended radially and outwardly therefrom for engaging onto said peripheral flange of said fastener body, said peripheral flap includes an outer peripheral portion having said peripheral skirt extended downwardly therefrom.

3 . The capped screw according to claim 2 , wherein said peripheral skirt includes an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of said peripheral flange, for forming a peripheral channel between said peripheral skirt and said peripheral flange of said fastener body.

4 . The capped screw according to claim 3 , wherein said gasket includes a peripheral fence formed thereon and engaged in said peripheral channel provided between said peripheral skirt and said peripheral flange of said fastener body.
