Abstract

The present invention is directed to solid products produced by extrusion of recycled plastic materials from urban sweeping materials, comprising a first component containing plastic polyethylene and polypropylene materials in a proportion that ranges between 25% and 30% of the final weight of the product; a second component of plastic PET type materials ranging between 30% and 40% of the total weight of the product; and a third component selected from: PVC, styrene, polyamides, polycarbonates, polystyrene, ABS, aluminum and cardboard. The present invention is further directed to independent movable equipment for recycling plastic-based sweeping materials, comprising a wheeled chassis to which a belt conveyor is mounted that ends at a mill, which ends at an extruder in whose end a mold able to give a predetermined final form to the obtained product is arranged.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A solid product produced by extrusion of recycled plastic materials from urban sweepings materials, comprising:
a first component A) containing plastic polyethylene and polypropylene materials in a proportion that ranges between 25% and 30% of the final weight of the product; a second component B) of plastic PET type materials ranges between 30% and 40% of the total weight of the product; and a third component C) selected from: PVC, styrene, polyamides, polycarbonates, polystyrene, ABS, aluminum and cardboard; including manufactured by means of the process of ground and extrusion with heat of the preceding mixture.

2 . A product in accordance with claim 1 , wherein said components are obtained from domiciliary sweepings materials.

3 . A product in accordance with claim 2 , wherein sweepings is not washed nor dried.

4 . A product in agreement with any of the preceding claims, wherein said sweepings materials are reclassified for separating the above cited components A) and B).

5 . A product in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the extrusion temperature is around 300° C.

6 . A procedure for manufacturing the product of claim 1 , including the following steps:
separating from sweepings materials, on the one hand PET materials and on the other hand polypropylen polyethilen plastic materials, including the rest of the other materials such as styrene PVC, polyamids, polycarbonates, polystyrene, ABS, aluminium and cardboard; crushing this material in a blades mill; heating and extruding the milled material at a temperature of around 300° C.; pouring melted material in a mold; cooling and taking off the product from the mold.

7 . A procedure in accordance with claim 6 , wherein crushing step is carried out with a blades mill.

8 . A procedure in accordance with claim 6 , wherein the mold has one of the following forms: posts, tables, rods, braces, moldings, cords, roadside ditches, boards or plates.

9 . Independent movable equipment for recycling plastic-based sweeping materials, comprising a wheeled chassis to which a belt conveyor is mounted that ends at a mill, which ends at a extruder in whose end a mold able to give a predetermined final form to the obtained product is arranged.

10 . Independent movable equipment in accordance with claim 9 , wherein between the mill and the extruder a chain dump is located whose buckets are able to catch the material ground by the mill and transfer it to the hopper arranged on the inlet mouth of the extruder.

11 . Independent movable equipment in accordance with claim 9 , wherein the extruder camera is warmed up to a temperature of around 300° C.

12 . Independent movable equipment in accordance with claim 9 , wherein the mold is arranged at the end of the extruder for forming a product that has one of the following forms: posts, tables, rods, braces, moldings, cords, roadside ditches.

13 . Independent movable equipment in accordance with claim 9 , wherein the extruder is coupled to a Diesel engine and the mill is connected to another Diesel engine in an independent way.

14 . Independent movable equipment in accordance with claim 9 , wherein the equipment includes a 2000 liters water tank in fluid communication with a cooling tray arranged under the extruder and able to cool the mold where the melted extruded material is poured.

15 . Independent movable equipment in accordance with claim 9 , wherein the equipment includes an electric generator equipment for electrically feeding the engines.
