Seed packets with diapers

Abstract

The new item is the marriage of these two unrelated items, a seed packet and a piece of flannel which is folded to be a mini-diaper. Although useful on their own terms, but when these items are put together this produces an original, unique and useful product that is being used as a favor or gift for parties, baby showers, announcements, christenings and more.

I claim as my own original invention the marriage of a personalized, custom designed seed packet which we do according to the customer's request, and a folded flannel diaper that is put on the seed packet as an add-on decoration.  
     
         1 . This unit makes what is called the “diapered seed packet, by tender seed company”: 
 To my knowledge after extensive research, no one else has had this product available to the public like we do.  
 We have many different graphics a customer can use, can write any text they want, choose their seeds and diaper color. The diapers are made from real fabric folded to resemble a diaper and is closed with brass gold pins.  
 This product is about ½ of our yearly sales and is our own original invention and we are thereby requesting that it be protected.
