Abstract

A back leaning shoe shape has a shoe mold of increased height and waistline that is formed on the basis of practical applications to prevent the phalanx from directly rubbing against the shoe surface. The shoe mold leans backward by an predetermined angle between 5 to 25 degrees and has a height of at least 5 inches. The back leaning shoe shape is used for special applications to prevent hurting muscles or bones of wearer when it is worn for a long period.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A back leaning shoe shape comprising a shoe mold having increased height and waistline for preventing a phalanx from directly rubbing against a shoe surface, said shoe mold leaning backward by a predetermined angle and having a height of at least 5 inches.  
     
     
         2 . The back leaning shoe shape as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said shoe mold is made of a foamed material.  
     
     
         3 . The back leaning shoe shape as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said shoe mold leans backward by an angle between 5 to 25 degrees.  
     
     
         4 . The back leaning shoe shape as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein said shoe mold leans backward by an angle between 8 to 18 degrees.
