Abstract
The subject invention is a multipurpose art unit and workplace assembly for young children or adults for play and educational purposes, such assembly comprising a double-sided member having two opposing solid plant members, joined together at their upper edges, in an angular manner, such planar members having on their outer sides work surface upon which on can place a paper or similar materials for rendering art work thereon, with the inner spatial area between the conjoined and opposing planar members having means to hold finished work for drying purposes.

(a) an upright member comprised of two opposing planar members joined in a linear apex along their upper edges, with an internal spatial area between the two opposing planar surfaces.
2 . A portable apparatus adapted to function as a surface for drawing pictures and an interior surface for drying paintings comprising:
(a) a transparent member having at least one inclined surface and a second surface, with an internal spatial area between such surfaces; (b) means in the internal spatial areas to hold pictures upright.
3 . A portable apparatus adapted to function as a surface for painting and an interior surface for drying paintings comprising:
(a) an upright member comprised of two opposing planar members joined in a linear apex along their upper edges, with an internal spatial area between the two opposing planar surfaces, said internal spatial area having a means to hold a portion of a painting for drying purposes.
4 . A portable apparatus adapted to function as a surface for painting and an interior surface for drying paintings comprising:
