Abstract

The invention relates to a dustbin receptacle ( 1 ), intended in particular for domestic use, comprising a bottom ( 2 ), a side wall ( 3 ) and an opening ( 5 ) opposite the bottom, characterized in that the receptacle ( 1 ) comprises a false bottom ( 6 ) delimiting with the bottom ( 2 ) a compartment ( 7 ) able to receive a reserve of bags, the false bottom being provided with an opening ( 8 ) allowing the passage of a single bag, the bags being joined successively to each other in a detachable manner, the removal of one bag previously positioned in the receptacle leading to the extraction of another bag from the compartment ( 7 ) until the separation of said two bags, and so on for the other bags.

Dustbin receptacle ( 1 ), intended in particular for domestic use, comprising a bottom ( 2 ), a side wall ( 3 ) and an opening ( 5 ) opposite the bottom, characterized in that the receptacle ( 1 ) comprises a removable and optionally sliding false bottom ( 6 ) delimiting with the bottom ( 2 ) a compartment ( 7 ) able to receive a reserve of bags, the false bottom being provided with an opening ( 8 ) allowing the passage of a single bag, the bags being joined successively to one another in a detachable manner, the removal of a bag previously positioned in the receptacle leading to the extraction of another bag from the compartment ( 7 ) until the separation of said two bags, and so on for the other bags.  
     
     
         2 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the bags ( 9 ) consist of a pre-cut strip ( 11 ) of bags assembled in such a way that the closed end ( 9   a ) of a bag is fixed to the opening end ( 9 ′ b ) of the following bag ( 9 ′).  
     
     
         3 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the strip of bags is packaged in the form of a roll.  
     
     
         4 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the strip of bags is folded alternately down its length according to a given spacing to form an approximately parallelepipedic shaped packet.  
     
     
         5 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the false bottom ( 6 ) includes a means of locking making it possible to keep it in closed position of use.  
     
     
         6 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 1  and  claim 5  in which the means of locking are constituted by a locking device.  
     
     
         7 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the inner surface of the side wall of the receptacle comprises a peripheral shoulder on which the peripheral edge of the false bottom rests.  
     
     
         8 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the side wall of the receptacle comprises on its internal surface, a groove able to receive the peripheral edge of the false bottom.  
     
     
         9 . Dustbin receptacle according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the opening of the said receptacle is closed using a removable lid.  
     
     
         10 . Dustbin receptacle for domestic use according to  claim 1 , manufactured from plastic, wood or metal.
