Abstract

A pouch has two sheet walls bonded to each other at peripheral edges thereof. A storage chamber is formed in between the sheet walls. The storage chamber has a main chamber and a sub-chamber. The sub-chamber connects to the main chamber and has a smaller size than the main chamber. A bonding potion is defined at an area on the pouch beside the sub-chamber. The sheet walls are fastening to each other at the bonding potion. A guiding line disposes at the bonding potion extending from the end thereof to the sub-chamber. The guiding line divides the bonding potion into a first segment and a second segment. A gap is disposed at the edge of the pouch at the distal end of the guiding line, whereby user can exert the first and the second segments of the bonding potion to tear them apart along the guiding line.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A pouch comprising:
two sheet walls bonded to each other at peripheral edge thereof; a storage chamber formed in between said sheet walls and having a main chamber and a sub-chamber, said sub-chamber having one end connecting to said main chamber and having a smaller size than said main chamber; a bonding potion defined at an area on the pouch beside said sub-chamber; said sheet walls being bonded to each other at said bonding potion; a guiding line disposed at said bonding potion and extending from the edge of the pouch to said sub-chamber, said guiding line dividing said bonding potion into a first segment and a second segment, whereby exerting said first and said second segments of said bonding potion can tear them apart along said guiding line.

2 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 comprising two independent films overlapped to each other and bonded at peripheral edges thereof by heat sealing to form said sheet walls.

3 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 , wherein said sub-chamber is a channel-like passageway extending from one side of said main chamber.

4 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 , wherein said guiding line is made from hot pressing said bonding potion to form a dot line thereon.

5 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 , wherein said sub-chamber has a width of gradually decreasing from the end of connecting to said main chamber to the distal end thereof.

6 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 , wherein said sub-chamber is a channel-like passageway extending from the midsection of one side of said main chamber.

7 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 , wherein said sub-chamber has a curved side closing to said bonding potion.

8 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 further comprising a gap disposed at the edge of the pouch at the distal end of said guiding line.

9 . The pouch as defined in claim 1 comprising two guiding lines made from hot pressing said bonding potion to form two dot lines thereon.
