Abstract

A drain garbage collector of the invention includes a frame, a top grate, a separator grate, and a collector grate. A plurality of passages are defined through the top grate let the roadside garbage pass through. The separator grate prevents garbage from flowing out of the garbage collector via filtering wastewater flow. Thereby, the garbage collector collects garbage and the collected garbage can be cleaned regularly to prevent inundation caused by jammed drain.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A drain garbage collector, comprising:
a frame, having two sliding slots defined vis-a-vis on two lateral sides of the frame; a top grate, pivotably mounted to the frame and having a plurality of passages defined there through; a separator grate, slidably inserted through the sliding slots of the frame, having a first filter net mounted thereon; and a collector grate mounted to the frame having a second filter net mounted thereon.

2 . The drain garbage collector of claim 1 , wherein the frame is L-shaped.

3 . The drain garbage collector of claim 1 , wherein the frame, the top grate, the separator grate, and the collector grate are made of metallic materials.

4 . The drain garbage collector of claim 1 , wherein at least one frame mounting element is further mounted to the frame.

5 . The drain garbage collector of claim 1 , wherein the top grate is formed by a plurality of bars via soldering, hard soldering, ultra-sonic welding, or resistive welding.

6 . The drain garbage collector of claim 5 , wherein the pulling support is a ring or a flange.

7 . The drain garbage collector of claim 1 , wherein a pulling support is further placed onto the separator grate for removing the separator grate from the frame.
