Unified extrusion pallet
Abstract
The present invention is related to a unified extrusion pallet that is completed by only one extrusion process. The unified extrusion pallet includes a fork insertion hole in which a fork of a forklift truck is inserted. The unified extrusion pallet includes a projected skid-proof protrusion formed at an upper plane of the pallet. The unified extrusion pallet includes a plurality of middle-sized holes, which are formed at sides of the fork insertion hole 10 and are to prevent a twist of the pallet. Each of the middle-sized holes includes a reinforcing slat having sections crossed diagonally. The unified extrusion pallet includes a plurality of small-sized holes. The fork insertion hole, the middle-sized holes, the projected skid-proof protrusion and the small-sized holes are constructed so as to form a single body. The fork insertion hole, the middle-sized holes, and the projected skid-proof protrusion are formed so as to be penetrated in a longitudinal direction where the pallet is extruded.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A unified extrusion pallet comprising:
a fork insertion hole in which a fork of a forklift truck is inserted; a projected skid-proof protrusion formed at an upper plane of the pallet; and a plurality of middle-sized holes formed at sides of the fork insertion hole, for preventing a twist of the pallet, each of the middle-sized holes having a reinforcing slat of a diagonally crossed X-shape, wherein the fork insertion hole, the middle-sized holes, and the projected skid-proof protrusion are constructed so as to form a single body; and wherein the fork insertion hole, the middle-sized holes, and the projected skid-proof protrusion are formed so as to be penetrated in a longitudinal direction.
2 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of small-sized holes, wherein the small-sized holes are formed so as to be penetrated in the longitudinal direction.
3 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 2 , wherein each of the small-sized holes includes a reinforcing slat having sections of a diagonally crossed X-shape.
4 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 1 , further comprising a plastic fluorescent plate, wherein the plastic fluorescent plate is inserted and coupled around the fork insertion hole.
5 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 1 , wherein the reinforcing slat has such a section shape that a crisscross shape is added to the X-shape.
6 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 1 , wherein a skid-proof groove is formed in the longitudinal direction at the upper plane instead of the skid-proof protrusion.
7 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 5 , wherein a skid-proof groove is formed in the longitudinal direction at the upper plane instead of the skid-proof protrusion.
8 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 1 , wherein a concave portion and a convex portion are formed at upper and lower planes so as to form an unevenness surface, instead of the skid-proof protrusion.
9 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 5 , wherein a concave portion and a convex portion are formed at upper and lower planes so as to form an unevenness surface, instead of the skid-proof protrusion.
10 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 2 , wherein the reinforcing slat has such a section shape that a crisscross shape is added to the X-shape.
11 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 3 , wherein the reinforcing slat has such a section shape that a crisscross shape is added to the X-shape.
12 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 2 , wherein a skid-proof groove is formed in the longitudinal direction at the upper plane instead of the skid-proof protrusion.
13 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 3 , wherein a skid-proof groove is formed in the longitudinal direction at the upper plane instead of the skid-proof protrusion.
14 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 2 , wherein a concave portion and a convex portion are formed at upper and lower planes so as to form an unevenness surface, instead of the skid-proof protrusion.
15 . The unified extrusion pallet according to claim 3 , wherein a concave portion and a convex portion are formed at upper and lower planes so as to form an unevenness surface, instead of the skid-proof protrusion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
