Information label for target user, and display package having the label

Abstract

There is developed a label which enables purchasers or ordinary consumers to identify suitable commodity products at a glance, thereby providing facilities for consumers when they purchase commodity products. A target user information label section corresponding to a target user of paper diapers packed in a package is printed at a position conspicuous for ordinary consumers on the surface of the package, along with a tradename of the paper diapers. All target user designs corresponding to all target users of paper diapers to be handled as commodities are displayed as a single set in the information label section. A specific target user design corresponding to a target user of the paper diapers packed in the package is displayed greater in size than the other target user designs belonging to the set.

1 . A target user information label for identifying a type of commodity within a group of analogous types of commodities including a first type of commodity and a second type of commodity, said label comprising: 
 a first target user picture illustrating a first target user of the first type of commodity,    a second target user picture illustrating a second target user of the second type of commodity,    wherein said first target user picture is larger than said second target user picture such that said label identifies the first type of commodity.    
     
     
         2 . The target user information label according to  claim 1 , wherein said label is capable of being appended to at least one of a package for packing the first type of commodity, a floor in a vicinity of the first type of commodity and a shelf capable of holding the first type of commodity.  
     
     
         3 . The target user information label according to  claim 1 , wherein said label comprises at least one of a first color in said first target user picture and a second color in said second target user picture, an information notice for a first target user on said first target user picture and a sign for the first target user on said first target user picture.  
     
     
         4 . The target user information label according to  claim 1 , wherein the analogous types of commodities comprise disposable undergarments.  
     
     
         5 . The target user information label according to  claim 1 , wherein the analogous types of commodities comprise personal care products.  
     
     
         6 . The target user information label according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 a third target user picture illustrating a third target user of a third type of commodity within the group of analogous types of commodities,    wherein the analogous types of commodities comprise personal care products, and    wherein said first, second and third target user pictures are arranged in an order of degree of care requirement of each target user.    
     
     
         7 . The target user information label according to  claim 6 , wherein when the first target user comprises a target user requiring assistance, said first target user picture further comprises a picture of a target user and a picture of a care-giver.  
     
     
         8 . The target user information label according to  claim 7 , wherein said picture of a target user is different than said picture of a care-giver.  
     
     
         9 . The target user information label according to  claim 1 , wherein said first target user picture comprises an illustration which is easily memorized in association with a corresponding image of the first target user.  
     
     
         10 . The target user information label according to  claim 1 , wherein said target user information label further comprises a registered trademark.  
     
     
         11 . A target user information label for identifying a type of commodity within a group of analogous types of commodities, said label comprising: 
 a first target user picture illustrating a first human target user of a first type of commodity; and    a second target user picture illustrating a second human target user of a second type of commodity,    wherein said first target user picture is larger than said second target user picture such that said label identifies the first type of commodity.    
     
     
         12 . A target user information label for identifying a type of commodity within a group of analogous types of commodities, said label comprising: 
 a first target user picture illustrating a first human target user of a first type of commodity within the group of analogous types of commodities; and    a second target user picture illustrating a second human target user of a second type of commodity within the group of analogous types of commodities;    wherein said first target user picture is larger than said second target user picture when the commodity is of the first type of commodity, and    wherein said second target user picture is larger than said first target user picture when the commodity is of the second type of commodity.    
     
     
         13 . A package comprising: 
 a group of commodities; and    a target user information label for identifying a type of commodities within analogous types of commodities,    wherein said label comprises a first target user picture illustrating first target users of a first type of group of commodities within the analogous types of commodities and a second target user picture illustrating second target users of a second type of group of commodities within the analogous types of commodities,    wherein said first target user picture is larger than said second target user picture when said group of commodities are of said first type of commodities.    
     
     
         14 . A plurality of packages according to  claim 13  disposed so as to be displayed on a shelf of a shop.
