Hanging thin wall plate
Abstract
A hanging thin wall plate comprises a decorating plate; a plurality of composite plates fixed to a back side of the decorating plate; and at least one aluminum-extruding piece fixed to the back surface of the decorating plate and between two composite plates. When the decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are combined, retainers are engaged on a backside of the aluminum-extruding piece for being combined with other steel element. Thereby, a wall plate is capable of being fixed to a wall of a building. No hole is drilled on the decorating plate so that the decorating plate has a complete surface without any crack. Thereby, the thickness of the decorating plate can be reduced. A thinner decorating plate can be used and thus the weight of the wall plate is reduced.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hanging thin wall plate comprising:
a decorating plate; a plurality of composite plates fixed to a back side of the decorating plate; and at least one aluminum-extruding piece fixed to the back surface of the decorating plate and between two composite plates; wherein when the decorating plate, composite plates and aluminum-extruding piece are combined, retainers are engaged on a back side of the aluminum-extruding piece for being combined with other steel elements, thereby, a wall plate is capable of being fixed to a wall of a building.
2 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each composite plate is formed by an inner PE plate and two steel plates or aluminum plates adhered on a front and a rear sides of the PE plate.
3 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the aluminum-extruding piece has an H shape cross section; a top plate is in contact with a surface of the decorating plate; a bottom plate is not in contact with the decorating plate; a middle auxiliary block is installed between the top plate and the bottom plate and has an inner hole; gaps between the top plate and the bottom plate are utilized as inserted slots; each composite plate has an inserting plate corresponding to the inserted slot and is engagable with the inerted slots.
4 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a bottom plate of the aluminum-extruding piece is drilled with a plurality of through holes; each through hole is communicated with the inner hole and is capable of being embedded by a hole-enlarging screw, the hole enlarging screw is used with a retaining element and a nut.
5 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a bottom plate of the aluminum-extruding piece has a plurality of threaded holes, each threaded hole is communicated with the inner hole, a stud is screwed into the threaded hole; and the stud is further engaged with a retaining element.
6 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 4 , wherein a middle trench is in a middle section of the bottom plate of the aluminum-extruding piece, thereby, holes can be formed easily.
7 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a middle trench is in a middle section of the bottom plate of the aluminum-extruding piece, thereby, holes can be formed easily.
8 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a middle section of the bottom plate of the aluminum-extruding piece has an opened trench for being screwed by a screw; an auxiliary plate is further installed at a back side of the aluminum-extruding piece; the auxiliary plate is fixed to the back surface of the aluminum-extruding piece by a plurality of small screws; the auxiliary plate is formed with positioning holes; thereby, a buckling screw passes out of the positioning hole and then it is engaged with a retaining element and a nut.
9 . The hanging thin wall plate as claimed in claim 7 , wherein an upper and a lower sides of the bottom plate of the aluminum-extruding piece have respective fixing trenches; an upper and a lower ends of the auxiliary plate have respective hooks; wherein the hooks is engagable with the fixing trench so that the auxiliary plate is fixed to the aluminum-extruding piece.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
