Assistance training equipment of sit-up exercise
Abstract
An assistant training equipment mainly for helping people to do sit-ups, which comprises a connecting shaft, a supporting assembly and a holding assembly. The connecting shaft consists of a main tube and two sliding shafts slidable receive in the opposite ends of the main tube respectively. Each of the sliding shafts has an elastic bottom, which is to engage to openings on the main tube for locking the connecting shaft in a specific length. The supporting assembly is secured at one end of the connecting shaft for user to put his/her feet thereon. The holding assembling is secured at the other end of the connecting shaft for user to hold it by hands. Thus, when user do sit-ups with the assistance of the present invention, the loading of the user's back will reduce by user's hands exerting on the holding assembly.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is
1 . An assistant training equipment comprising:
a connecting shaft substantially having a length of distance of foot to tight of a general user; a supporting assembly provided at one end of said connecting shaft; said supporting assembly having two sustaining portions at the opposite sides of said connecting shaft for user to put feet thereon, and a holding assembly provided at the other end of said connecting shaft for user to hold it by hands.
2 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 1 , wherein said connecting shaft can change the length.
3 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 2 , wherein said connecting shaft comprising a main tube and two sliding shafts; said main tube having openings thereon; said sliding shafts slidable receiving in the opposite ends of said main tube respectively; each of said sliding shafts having an elastic bottom thereon for engaging to said openings of said main tube to lock said sliding shafts; said supporting assembly and said holding assembly respectively securing at the distal ends of said sliding shafts.
4 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 3 , wherein said sliding shaft being a tube and having a opening thereon; a substantially V-shaped elastic member received in said sliding shaft; said elastic bottom provided at said elastic member and passing through said opening.
5 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 3 , wherein one of said sliding shafts being free sliding along said main tube by means of turning said sliding shaft to a predetermined angle for said elastic bottom thereof not engaging to said openings of said main tube; a spring receiving in said main tube with one end thereof being against on said sliding shaft for providing said sliding shaft a resistant force.
6 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 5 , wherein said supporting assembly and said holding assembly being substantially shafted elements having midsections thereof respectively securing to the opposite ends of said connecting shaft; each of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly having two receiving spaces, which are opening at the opposite ends of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly; four sleeves respectively covering at the opposite ends of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly for closing the openings of said receiving spaces; said receiving spaces can respectively receives a spring therein for user to pick one of them to install in said main tube of said connecting shaft.
7 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 2 , wherein said connecting shaft comprising a main tube and a sliding shaft; said main tube having openings thereon; said sliding shaft slidable receiving in one end of said main tube; said sliding shaft having an elastic bottom thereon for engaging to said openings of said main tube to lock said sliding shaft; said supporting assembly and said holding assembly respectively securing at the distal ends of said main tube and said sliding shaft.
8 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 7 , wherein said sliding shaft being a tube and having a opening thereon; a substantially V-shaped elastic member received in said sliding shaft; said elastic bottom provided at said elastic member and passing through said opening.
9 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 7 , wherein said sliding shaft being free sliding along said main tube by means of turning said sliding shaft to a predetermined angle for said elastic bottom thereof not engaging to said openings of said main tube; a spring receiving in said main tube with one end thereof being against on said sliding shaft for providing said sliding shaft a resistant force.
10 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 9 , wherein said supporting assembly and said holding assembly being substantially shafted elements having midsections thereof respectively securing to the opposite ends of said connecting shaft; each of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly having two receiving spaces, which are opening at the opposite ends of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly; four sleeves respectively covering at the opposite ends of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly for closing the openings of said receiving spaces; said receiving spaces can respectively receives a spring therein for user to pick one of them to install in said main tube of said connecting shaft.
11 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 1 , wherein said supporting assembly and said holding assembly being detachable secured at the opposite ends of said connecting shaft.
12 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 11 , wherein said connecting shaft having two screw holes at the opposite ends thereof respectively; said supporting assembly and said holding assembly each has a through hole for bolts passing trough and screwing into said screw holes for detachable securing said supporting assembly and said holding assembly on said connecting shaft.
13 . The assistant training equipment as defined in claim 11 , wherein said connecting shaft having two connecting tubes at the opposite ends thereof respective; each of said connecting tubes having two openings thereon; said supporting assembly having two shafts; said holding assembly having two shafts; said shafts of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly inserting into the opposite ends of said connecting tubes respectively; each of said shafts of said supporting assembly and said holding assembly respectively having an elastic bottom for engaging to said corresponding opening of said connecting tube.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
