Abstract

A simplified needle puller and container for pulling out and storing used injector needles. The present invention takes advantage of a hollow container which has on one end a plug-in device for needles. Around the plug-in device there is one or several claw tips with gaps in between to catch the inserted needle by holding the pinhead and place it in the container. This prevents injuries caused by needles and infectious disease when safety is concerned of medical people handling them.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

1 . A simplified injector needle puller and container comprising:
a hollow container as the main structure; a plug-in device at the center on the top of the container, which has several gapped troughs around to form a claw structure; a connector ear at one side of the main structure having function of tightly closing the plug-in device and fixing to it by the opposite claws on the ring edge; when a needle head of the injector is inserted into the plug-in device of the main structure and fallen to space between the fixing head and the position under, the needle head is removed from the injector by pull out action.

2 . The simplified injector needle puller and container of claim 1 , wherein said plug-in device has 2 or more gaps around.

3 . The simplified injector needle puller and container of claim 2 , wherein said gaps form a claw structure.

4 . The simplified injector needle puller and container of claim 1 , wherein said claws are thin at the end and thick close to the base.

5 . The simplified injector needle puller and container of claim 1 , wherein said claws are in arc shape.

6 . The simplified injector needle puller and container of claim 1 , wherein said claws are in saw teeth shape.
