Interchangeable Velcro or snap button ornament

Abstract

A circular soft elastic band having a closed front with a piece of Velcro or snap button attached to the face of the elastic headband. This provides means for an interchangeable ornament to be recieved onto the Velcro or snap button. Furthermore, this removeable ornament allows a change in colors, styles, and types of fabrics.

What is claimed:  
     
         1 . An interchangeable Velcro or snap button joined to the face of a soft circular elastic headband.  
     
     
         2 . The Velcro or snap button allows detachable ornaments to be interchanged and placed onto the face of the Velcro/or snap button headband.  
     
     
         3 . While using a two-sided piece of Velcro, the back (rough) of the Velcro is sewn onto the soft circular elastic headband and the front (smooth) sewn onto the ornament backside. The soft elastic band with the rough backing is then joined together to the smooth side with the ornament attachment and put together creating an adhesive.  
     
     
         4 . While using a snap button, the back (not pronged) of the snap button is sewn onto the soft circular elastic headband and the front (pronged) sewn onto the ornament backside. The soft elastic headband with the not pronged backing is then joined together to the pronged side with the ornament attachment and put together creating an adhesive.  
     
     
         5 . The ornament is detachable and allows for a change in style, design, and color without the aggravation of removing the entire headband.  
     
     
         6 . This invention allows several ornaments to be included with the soft circular elastic headband having several colors, styles, and designs to choose from.  
     
     
         7 . All devices used to fasten the ornament to the headband are to be included in this invention.
