Abstract

Method for manufacturing construction material and structure thereof. The method includes steps of: selecting at least three raw wooden materials; cutting the raw wooden materials along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape; and arranging the raw wooden materials side by side and connecting the corresponding cutting faces of the raw wooden materials with each other to sandwich a middle raw wooden material between a left and a right wooden raw materials. The middle and left and right raw wooden materials are respectively taken from different trees or the tree from which the middle wooden material is taken is different from the tree from which the left and right raw wooden materials are taken. Alternatively, the middle and left and right raw wooden materials are respectively taken from the same tree, while the growth layer of the middle wooden material does not correspond to the growth layers of the left and right raw wooden materials in the same position. Accordingly, the structure has excellent load capacity in a direction normal to the fiber direction and is not subject to breakage or deformation.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1 . Method for manufacturing construction material, comprising steps of:
 A. selecting at least three raw wooden materials, the raw wooden materials being taken from different trees; B. cutting the raw wooden materials along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape, at least one cutting face of each of the raw wooden materials corresponding to at least one cutting face of the other in shape; and C. arranging the raw wooden materials side by side and connecting the corresponding cutting faces of the raw wooden materials with each other to sandwich a middle raw wooden material between a left and a right wooden raw materials.

2 . Method for manufacturing construction material, comprising steps of:
 A. selecting at least three raw wooden materials, the raw wooden materials being taken from two different trees; B. cutting the raw wooden materials along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape, at least one cutting face of each of the raw wooden materials corresponding to at least one cutting face of the other in shape; and C. arranging the raw wooden materials side by side and connecting the corresponding cutting faces of the raw wooden materials with each other to sandwich a middle raw wooden material between a left and a right wooden raw materials. The tree from which the middle wooden material is taken is different from the tree from which the left and right raw wooden materials are taken.

3 . Method for manufacturing construction material, comprising steps of:
 A. selecting at least three raw wooden materials, the raw wooden materials being taken from the same tree; B. cutting the raw wooden materials along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape, at least one cutting face of each of the raw wooden materials corresponding to at least one cutting face of the other in shape; and C. arranging the raw wooden materials side by side and connecting the corresponding cutting faces of the raw wooden materials with each other to sandwich a middle raw wooden material between a left and a right wooden raw materials. When connected, the growth layer of the middle wooden material does not correspond to the growth layers of the left and right raw wooden materials in the same position.

4 . Method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the raw wooden materials are connected by means of adhesion.

5 . Method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the raw wooden materials are connected by means of adhesion.

6 . Method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the raw wooden materials are connected by means of adhesion.

7 . Structure of construction material comprising a middle wooden raw material and a left and a right raw wooden materials connected with opposite two sides of the middle raw wooden material, wherein:
the middle raw wooden material is cut along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape; and the left and right middle raw wooden materials are cut along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape, each of the left and right raw wooden materials having a cutting face with a shape corresponding to the shape of any cutting face of the middle raw wooden material, the corresponding cutting faces of the left and right raw wooden materials being fixedly connected with two opposite cutting faces of the middle raw wooden material, said structure being characterized in that the middle and left and right raw wooden materials are taken from different trees.

8 . Structure of construction material comprising a middle wooden raw material and a left and a right raw wooden materials connected with opposite two sides of the middle raw wooden material, wherein:
the middle raw wooden material is cut along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape; and the left and right middle raw wooden materials are cut along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape, each of the left and right raw wooden materials having a cutting face with a shape corresponding to the shape of any cutting face of the middle raw wooden material, the corresponding cutting faces of the left and right raw wooden materials being fixedly connected with two opposite cutting faces of the middle raw wooden material, wherein the tree from which the middle wooden material is taken is different from the tree from which the left and right raw wooden materials are taken.

9 . Structure of construction material comprising a middle wooden raw material and a left and a right raw wooden materials connected with opposite two sides of the middle raw wooden material, wherein:
the middle raw wooden material is cut along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape; and the left and right middle raw wooden materials are cut along fiber direction thereof to form cutting faces with predetermined length and shape, each of the left and right raw wooden materials having a cutting face with a shape corresponding to the shape of any cutting face of the middle raw wooden material, the corresponding cutting faces of the left and right raw wooden materials being fixedly connected with two opposite cutting faces of the middle raw wooden material, wherein the tree from which the middle wooden material is taken is different from the tree from which the left and right raw wooden materials are taken, wherein the middle and left and right raw wooden materials are taken from the same tree, while when connected, the growth layer of the middle wooden material does not correspond to the growth layers of the left and right raw wooden materials in the same position.

10 . Structure as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the middle raw wooden material is fixedly connected with the left and right raw wooden materials by means of adhesion.

11 . Structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the middle raw wooden material is fixedly connected with the left and right raw wooden materials by means of adhesion.
