Abstract

“DOCUMENTS PROVISORY GROUPER AND ORGANIZER DEVICE” has as purpose a device to organize documents temporarily assembled helping with the grouping and standardization of taking notes, it being also possible to insert date and subject, besides fields for putting logos or indicating the company sector. Such device consists of a piece of paper foldable in two parts for grouping paper sheets at their upper right or left comers. Preferably, an upper portion and a laterally extending flap portion fold under and secure together, to form a sleeve for receiving a plurality of paper sheets inserted into the sleeve.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A generally sheetlike foldable “DOCUMENTS PROVISORY GROUPER AND ORGANIZER DEVICE”, comprising: 
 a superior or upper fold portion ( 01 ),  
 a date indicator ( 02 ),  
 a lateral flap or rim portion ( 03 ),  
 a place to put a staple or clip ( 04 ),  
 and a lower portion adapted to serve as a company or sector and subject indicator ( 06 )  
 wherein the upper fold portion ( 01 ) is adapted to be folded over behind the lower portion and the lateral flap or rim ( 03 ) is adapted to be folded behind the lower portion, said upper and lateral portions being secured together with glue, staple or clip, thereby forming a rectangular sleeve for grouping sheet papers at their upper right or left comer, with an upper surface bearing indicia fields for organization by date ( 02 ), subject ( 06 ) and sector ( 05 ) or company, having also a place ( 04 ) for fixing staple or clip.
