Lubricating arrangement for rotary device
Abstract
A lubricating arrangement for rotary device having an internal rotating member. The arrangement comprising a sleeve put on rotating member; at least one inlet in sleeve, being perpendicular to rotating member, and having one end adjacent rotating member and the other end open to reservoir; at least one outlet in sleeve, being perpendicular to rotating member, and having one end adjacent rotating member and the other end open to reservoir; and a plurality of auxiliary outlets in sleeve and each having one end adjacent rotating member and the other end open to reservoir. Preferably, each auxiliary outlet is at an angle about 0° to about 30° with respect to an axis perpendicular to rotating member.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A lubricating arrangement for rotary device having an internal rotating member, the arrangement comprising:
a sleeve put on the rotating member; a reservoir; at least one inlet in the sleeve, being perpendicular to the rotating member, and having one end adjacent the rotating member and the other end open to the reservoir; at least one outlet in the sleeve, being perpendicular to the rotating member, and having one end adjacent the rotating member and the other end open to the reservoir; and a plurality of auxiliary outlets in the sleeve and each having one end adjacent the rotating member and the other end open to the reservoir; wherein each of the auxiliary outlets is at an angle with respect to an axis perpendicular to the rotating member.
2 . The lubricating arrangement of claim 1 , wherein the angle is about 0° to about 30°.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
