Abstract
A rectangular piece of printed paper which is put in the U.S. mail service by a person who has furnished goods or services to the person to whom the paper is mailed and the person to whom the paper is addressed returns by U.S. mail the paper to the original sender enclosing payment for the goods or services.

1 . A printed piece of paper which is mailed to an individual or entity containing an invoice for goods or services furnished by the sender and/or a solicitation and contract which is then returned to the sender enclosing payment for the goods or services and/or a signed solicitation contract..
2 . A printed sheet of paper as set forth in claim 1 in which the printed information includes the name and address of the sender.
3 . A printed sheet of paper as set forth in claim 1 which includes a detachable stub which the person or entity to whom the printed sheet was originally sent retains.
4 .
