Abstract
The invention relates to a filter module having a module housing and at least one filter element. The filter module has at least one inlet opening, at least one filtrate outlet and a module housing at least one joint line.

1 . A filter module, comprising a module housing ( 2 ) and at least one filter element ( 1 . 1 );
with the module housing ( 2 ) comprising a basic body ( 2 . 2 ) with at least one filtrate discharge ( 2 . 2 . 1 2 . 2 . 2 ) and two face sides ( 2 . 1 ); with at least one filter element ( 1 . 1 ) being disposed in the module housing ( 2 ), characterized in that the basic body ( 2 . 2 ) of the module housing ( 2 ) is arranged in several parts, with the individual parts being mounted to each other so that at least one partial joint is formed.
2 . A filter module as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the at least one filter element is arranged as a tube membrane which is disposed between the two face sides ( 2 . 1 ) of the module housing ( 2 ).
3 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 1 or 2 , characterized in that the partial joint is arranged as a radial joint.
4 . A filter module as claimed in claim 3 , characterized in that the parts of the basic body ( 2 . 2 ) are mutually connected by means of a radial flange ( 11 ).
5 . A filter module as claimed in claim 4 , characterized in that the inner space of the module housing ( 2 ) is sealed from the ambient environment at the flanged connection ( 11 ).
6 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 4 or 5 , characterized in that the parts of the basic body ( 2 . 2 ) are connected to the radial flange ( 11 ) by means of a screwed connection.
7 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 6 , characterized in that top plates ( 3 ) are arranged at the axial ends of the filter module.
8 . A filter module as claimed in claim 7 , characterized in that the top plates ( 3 ) are connected with the module housing ( 2 ) in a leak-proof or gas-tight manner
9 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 7 to 8 , characterized in that the top plates ( 3 ) are fastened to the module housing ( 2 ) by means of a screwed connection.
10 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 8 , characterized in that the medium-conducting surfaces of the module housing ( 2 ) are coated.
11 . A filter module as claimed in claim 10 , characterized in that the coating comprises one or several of the materials of chloropolyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polypropylene, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), Hastelloy or titanium.
12 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 11 , characterized in that the medium-conducting surface of the module is polished.
13 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 12 , characterized in that the medium-conducting surface of the module housing ( 2 ) is plated preferably with platinum.
14 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 13 , characterized in that at least one filter element ( 1 . 1 ) is arranged in an axially symmetrical manner in the module housing ( 2 ).
15 . A filter module as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 14 , characterized in that the at least one filter element ( 1 . 1 ) is sealed off at its ends against the module housing ( 2 ) or the top plate ( 3 ).
16 . A method for applying a coating onto the surfaces of the module housing ( 2 ) of a filter module as claimed in one of the claims 2 to 15 , characterized in that
at first the components of the filter module housing ( 2 ), comprising at least two-part basic body ( 2 . 2 ) and two face sides ( 2 . 1 ) with bores for guiding through the filter elements ( 1 . 1 , 1 . 2 , 1 . 3 ) arranged as a tube membrane are coated individually:
thereafter the components of the module housing ( 2 ), which means at least the parts of the basic body ( 2 . 2 ), are joined to each other:
thereafter the at least one filter element ( 1 . 1 , 1 . 2 , 1 . 3 ) is inserted into the module housing ( 2 ) in such a way that the at least one filter element projects on both sides beyond the face sides ( 2 . 1 ) of the module housing ( 2 );
thereafter the at least one filter element ( 1 . 1 1 . 2 , 1 . 3 ) is fixed by means of at least one top plate ( 3 ) to the face sides ( 2 . 1 ) of the module housing ( 2 ) and is sealed oft by means of sealing elements ( 4 ) against the inner space of the filter module housing ( 2 ).
