Abstract

The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag, wherein it includes two layer thin film, and the two opposite inner surface of each of the thin film is non planar surface. In the present utility model, while the vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag is being vacuum pumped, since the channels and the pits of the two opposite inner surfaces are intersected to each other, the air is discharged to the outside of the bag along the channels as a result of not forming the suction region near the suction nozzle and greatly improving the vacuum degree of the packaging bag.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag comprising two layers of thin film having two opposing inner surfaces, wherein the two opposing inner surfaces are non planar surfaces.

2 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 1 , wherein the said two opposing inner surfaces comprise parallel concave-convex channels, and the channels of the two opposing inner surfaces intersect with each other by an angle of 0°<α≦90° therebetween.

3 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 2 , wherein the said film comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, the inner layer thereof is made of polyethylene plastic while the outer layer is made of polyamide plastic, the inner layer and the outer layer are recombined into the concave-convex channel shape, the channels are arranged in line, and the films are in wavy shape.

4 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 2 , wherein the channels have a triangle shape cross section and are separated by a distance, and the distance between the channels is substantially the same, the channels are attached to each other by a platform which defines a central line between the channels, and wherein the channels define a channel width that is smaller than the distance between the central line of adjacent platforms.

5 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 2 , wherein the distance between the channels of the up and down surfaces are different from each other, but that is the same within the same surface.

6 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 1 , wherein both of the two opposing inner surfaces have concave pits.

7 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 6 , wherein the concave pits have a recess direction along the opposite inner surface that is directed to the outside, and the concave pits of the two opposing inner surfaces intersect or face each other.

8 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 6 , wherein the said film is in two layers, the inner layer thereof is made of polyethylene plastic while the outer layer is made of polyamide plastic, and wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are pressed into the regularly arranged pits after they are recombined together.

9 . The vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag according to the claim 6 , wherein the concave pits within each inner surface have substantially the same size but the pits within the opposing inner surfaces have different sizes, and wherein the concave pits have a width and a spacing distance such that the width is proportional to the spacing distance between the pits.
