Abstract

Said toilet seat device further comprising a top cover ( 3 ) set on said smaller seat ( 2 ), and said top cover ( 3 ). Said top cover ( 3 ) is having a predetermined shape of a racket and a predetermined size of a cone head and are set respectively on both sides of the rear end of said top cover ( 3 ). Said top cover ( 3 ) is having a predetermined shape of a racket and a predetermined size of said cone head and are set respectively on both sides of said rear end of said cone head. A groove is set on the middle of rear end of said smaller seat ( 2 ) corresponding to said cone head, Said top cover ( 3 ) and said smaller seat ( 2 ) is flexibly connected through said groove and said cone head snapped into said groove.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . a toilet seat device, comprising; 
 a regular seat for adults and a smaller seat for children that is set on the said regular seat for adults; and    a pair of upper linking hinges and a pair of lower linking hinges located at the rear end portion of said regular seat for adults and said seat for children; and    said regular seat for adults and said smaller seat for children are having a same joint and hinged together through said pair of upper linking hinges and said lower linking hinges; and    said smaller seat for children further comprising a top cover, a cone head and a groove, and said top cover is a predetermined shape of a racket and a predetermined size of said cone head and are set respectively on both sides of the rear end of said cone head, said groove is set on the middle said rear end of said smaller seat corresponding to said cone head, said top cover and said smaller seat is flexibly connected through said groove and said cone head snapped into said groove.    
     
     
         2 . a toilet seat device as recited in claim ( 1 ), on said rear end of said regular seat for adults, there is a pair of linking boxes hinged with said smaller seat, and a vertically-extending-down screw is set on said linking boxes with a nut installed on said screw connecting said linking boxes with toilet bowl.  
     
     
         3 . a toilet seat device as recited in claim ( 1 ), said regular seat for adults, said smaller seat and said top cover are Said regular seat for adults, said smaller seat for children and said top cover are having a predetermined shape and size with PU plastic material, and plastic skeletons are set in said regular seat for adults and said smaller seat for children. Pair of exposing ends of said skeletons are a pair of said lower linking hinges and said pair of uppers linking hinges.  
     
     
         4 . a toilet seat device as recited in claim ( 1 ), Said groove is mating with a connection plate of said top cover on said rear cover surface of said smaller seat ( 2 ), and a opening seat of said small seat ( 2 ) match with said rear cover surface of said top cover.
