Abstract
A bottom plate is disposed in a bottom of an inner space of the box body. A plurality of partition plates are assembled with each other in a form of a lattice and placed on the bottom plate to define a plurality of chambers in the inner space of the box body. A plurality of projections are integrally formed at the circumferential edges of the bottom plate. Each projection has a slit into which one of end portions of the partition plates are inserted.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A packing box, comprising:
a box body; a bottom plate, disposed in a bottom of an inner space of the box body; a plurality of partition plates, assembled with each other in a form of a lattice and placed on the bottom plate to define a plurality of chambers in the inner space of the box body; and a plurality of projections, integrally formed at the circumferential edges of the bottom plate, each having a slit into which one of end portions of the partition plates are inserted.
2 . The packing box as set forth in claim 1 , wherein each of the projection has a first portion, a second portion situated inner than the first part and a cut-out portion; and
when the bottom plate is placed in the box body, the first portion is abutted against an inner wall of the box body, the second portion is slanted upward and the cut-out portion forms a slit when the partition walls are placed in the box body.
3 . The packing box as set forth in claim 2 , wherein each of the projections is folded at least at a boundary between the first portion and the second portion when the bottom plate is placed in the box body.
4 . The packing box as set forth in claim 2 , wherein the first portion is a distal end of each of the projections.
5 . The packing box as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the bottom plate has an area which is substantially the same as an area of the bottom of the inner space of the box body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
