Abstract

A shoe is constructed to include a tubular shoe upper of crossed woven fabric formed of woven ribbons by cross weaving and adapted for covering the foot of the leg, the tubular shoe upper having a foot hole for the insertion of the foot and a binding extended around the foot hole, an insole fixedly fastened to the tubular shoe upper by stitches, and an outsole directly molded on the insole.

What the invention claimed is:  
     
         1 . A shoe comprising a tubular shoe upper of crossed woven fabric formed of woven ribbons by cross weaving and adapted for covering the foot of the leg, said tubular shoe upper having a foot hole for the insertion of the foot, an insole fixedly fastened to said tubular shoe upper at a bottom side, and an outsole fixedly fastened to said insole at a bottom side.  
     
     
         2 . The shoe as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said woven ribbons are woven into said tubular shoe upper by cross weaving at the cross angle of about 30˜60°.  
     
     
         3 . The shoe as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said tubular shoe upper further comprising a binding fixedly fastened thereto around said foot hole.  
     
     
         4 . The shoe as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said insole is bonded to said tubular shoe body.  
     
     
         5 . The shoe as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said insole is stitched to said tubular shoe body.  
     
     
         6 . An upper for shoe comprising a tubular cross-woven fabric body formed of woven ribbons by cross weaving and adapted for covering the foot of the leg, said tubular shoe upper having a foot hole for the insertion of the foot.  
     
     
         7 . The upper for shoe as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein said woven ribbons are woven into said tubular cross-woven fabric body by cross weaving at the cross angle of about 30˜60°.  
     
     
         8 . The upper for shoe as claimed in  claim 5  further comprising a binding fixedly fastened to said tubular cross-woven fabric body around said foot hole
