Abstract

An implantable medical device for at least partially closing a portion of a vascular aneurysm is disclosed. The treatment device includes a neck bridge having a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration. The treatment device also includes an actuation mechanism operably attached to the neck bridge and configured to covert the neck bridge between the delivery configuration, wherein the actuation mechanism has an elongated form, and the deployed configuration, wherein the actuation mechanism has a constricted form.

         1 . An aneurysm treatment device for at least partially closing a portion of a vascular aneurysm, comprising: 
 a neck bridge having a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration;    an actuation mechanism operably attached to the neck bridge and configured to convert the neck bridge between the delivery configuration, wherein the actuation mechanism has an elongated form, and the deployed configuration, wherein the actuation mechanism has a constricted form.
