Abstract

A diamond grinding wheel includes a base frame stamped from a sheet of steel, a plastic grinding wheel body injection-molded on the base frame and filled up through holes of the base frame, keeping the base frame from sight, and a grinding face formed of layer of diamond power bonded to the periphery of the plastic grinding wheel body.

A diamond grinding wheel comprising a plastic grinding wheel body and a grinding face formed of layer of diamond power bonded to the periphery of said plastic grinding wheel body, said plastic grinding wheel body comprising a base metal frame embedded therein, said base metal frame having a plurality of through holes filled up with a part of said plastic grinding wheel body.
