Shower curtain closure device

Abstract

A long rod that has a hanging hook at one end is attached to the leading vertical edge of the inner shower curtain or shower curtain liner and is hung on a hook located at shower curtain rod height inside the shower or bath/shower enclosure. Snugging the bottom of the device to a horizontally aligned hook near the bottom of it's length completes the splash water seal.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . In combination with a shower curtain, a curtain rod, and a plurality of curtain rings, with the end ring removed 
 a) a rigid device such as a handle or rod is attached to or built into the vertical edge of a shower curtain or shower curtain liner    b) along with attaching and detaching techniques allowing temporary disengagement from the from the shower curtain rod    c) and temporary attachment, by any means, to the inside of the shower stall or bath/shower enclosure.    d) completing a seal to prevent water from leaking out.
