Abstract
A method for manufacturing the body of a shaft shoe; it is characterized in that: before the body of safety shoe is molded, multi-layered cloth obtained by wearing glass fibers, or carbon fibers, or the mixed fibers of glass fibers and carbon fibers in a plurality of directions is coated with epoxy resins onto its two surfaces, and then, said cloth is put between the outer and inner layers of leather. It is preferably to be put at an enforced portion, such as the head portion of a shoe. Then the molded shoe is light in weight, excellent in strength and can be quickly molded.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method for manufacturing the body of a safety shoe, comprising the steps of: before the body of safety shoe is molded, preparing a multi-layered cloth by wearing glass fibers in a plurality of directions;
coating the inner and outer surfaces of said cloth with epoxy resins to form protection layer; putting said protection layer between the outer and inner layers of leather and sewing it to form a body layer; cutting said body layer to meet with the size and outline of the last; climbing and firmly attaching said body layer onto the predetermined reinforce portion of a last; and molding the body layer on a last to form the body of a safety shoe.
2 . The method for manufacturing the body of a safety shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said multi-layered cloth is obtained by wearing carbon fibers in a plurality of directions.
3 . The method for manufacturing the body of a safety shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said multi-layered cloth is obtained by wearing mixed fibers of glass fibers and carbon fibers in a plurality of direction.
4 . The method for manufacturing the body of a safety shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said protection layer is a cloth obtained by wearing 70% of glass fibers and 30% of carbon fibers, and both its two surfaces are coated with epoxy resins.
5 . The method for manufacturing the body of a safety shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said protection layer is a cloth obtained by wearing 50% of glass fibers and 50% of carbon fibers, and both its two surfaces are coated with epoxy resins.
6 . The method for manufacturing the body of a safety shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said cloth can also be covered within a cloth bag coated with latex to form a body and then climbs it onto the shoe last such as to form the body of a safety shoe.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
