Bracket fastende onto a wall to hold up a rack

Abstract

A bracket is designed to hold up a rack to the wall and is formed of a base, a connection member, and a locating member. The base is fixed to the wall and is provided with a fastening hole to which one end of the connection member is detachably fastened in conjunction with the locating member. The connection member can be adjusted in position to facilitate the supporting of a rack member.

I claim:  
     
         1 . A rack bracket comprising: 
 a base provided in an interior with a receiving slot in which a wall seat is located, said receiving slot being provided at one end with a retaining edge and at other end with a locating bolt, said wall seat being located securely in place in said receiving slot by said retaining edge and said locating bolt, said base being held up to a wall such that said wall seat of said base is fastened onto the wall by a plurality of fastening screws, said base further provided with a fastening hole opposite in location to said wall seat and having inner threads;    a connection member provided at one end with a connection head having outer threads engageable and disengageable with said inner threads of said fastening hole of said base, said connection head provided with a threaded hole whereby said connection member is detachably fastened with said base by said connection head such that said connection member can not be turned at the time when said connection head is engaged with said fastening hole of said base; and    a locating member formed of a bolt, a washer, and a recovery element, with said washer and said recovery element being fitted over said bolt such that said washer is disposed between said recovery element and a head of said bolt whereby said locating member is disposed in said receiving slot of said base such that one end of said bolt is engaged with said threaded hole of said connection head of said connection member, and that said recovery element urges at one end thereof an inner wall of said receiving slot of said base, and at other end thereof said washer.    
     
     
         2 . The rack bracket as defined in  claim 1 , wherein said recovery element is a spiral spring.
