Abstract

Tennis Racket comprises an elliptical head frame and framing system design angularly mounted, triple independent strings and strings channels, variable center of gravity, main frame handle body-frame damper systems: A Tennis Racket in accordance with this present invention which includes an elliptical design head frame and framing system, in which the head system is mounted in a angular 45° asymmetrical configuration changing automatically the general performances and playing concepts of the traditionally tennis rackets with symmetrical longitudinal axis oval head designs improving dramatically the overall performances in all ways, the head framing system, supports the triple independent strings and strings channels supporting a multiple strings tension arrangements and configurations, the handle system, supports a mechanical device with adjustable knob, which support and control manually the racket center of gravity, in which the racket handle system supports the handle body-frame, the main frame damper system and the middle section of the tennis racket yoke portion, which supports two extended arms or shafts symmetrical and asymmetrical aligned, characterizing and representing one of the most relevant parts and components of the present invention.

1 . A Tennis Racket Elliptical head design and angular head frame and framing system with triple independent strings and strings channels with variable center of gravity, comprising: 
 (a) a tennis racket head frame and framing system support the said elliptical head design said elliptical head support the said head frame and framing system and said angular 45° head frame and framing system rotate from the said longitudinal axis of the said tennis racket, the said angular 45° head frame and framing system rotate over the said head frame and framing system long axis tennis racket center of percussion, in which said head framing system supports the said multiple patterns strings system and said independent strings channels, in which the said head frame and said framing system are asymmetrically mounted and the head rotation are measured from the longitudinally axis of the said tennis racket, therefore, the said head frame and framing system support a variable geometry multiple playing characteristics;    (d) a tennis racket neck or throat system supports the said innovative neck or throat section, in which the said left and right secondary said straight extensions arms or shafts are angularly mounted and directly embedded into the said head frame cross-section, in which the said left and right secondary angularly mounted said straight extension and said arms or shaft interacts directly with the said head framing strings system, in which the secondary said left arm or shaft angularly mounted are attached directly into the said bottom head frame central portion of the long axis cross-section of the tennis racket head frame, and supports the said angularly mounted long axis strings system configurations, in which the secondary said right arm or shaft angularly mounted are attached directly into the said right head frame central portion of the short axis cross-section of the tennis racket head frame, and supports the short axis central angularly mounted strings system configuration, in which the primary said left straight extension said top portion of the said shaft supports the left angularly mounted extension shaft, in which the primary said right straight extension said top portion of the said shaft supports the right said angularly mounted extension shaft, in which the bottom portion of the right shaft and the left shaft supports the middle section central main tennis racket shaft and the exterior rubber-grip pressure tape supports the said structure-frame surface primary said vibration head frame and framing said damping system;    (e) a tennis racket handle system supports the said innovative lower portion extension of the said main head-frame and said head framing system of the said tennis racket, in which the innovative said handle main-frame support the said anti-vibration damper system, in which the said handle body-frame is embedded directly into the lower portion of the said main frame central said shaft, in which the said main frame central shaft support a multiple sections proportional face, in which the upper section supports the widest-portion of the said main frame central portion shaft extension, in which the middle section supports the middle-widest-portion of the said main frame central portion shaft extension, in which the said lower section supports the lowest-portion of the main frame system, in which this particular said handle body-frame is a independent component from main-frame system, in which the said handle body-frame is bonded and embedded directly over the entire surface of the tennis racket lower section main frame shaft, in which the exterior portion of the handle body-frame support the overgrip-tape, in which the handle said main-frame central shaft end lower extension supports the said tennis racket said shock absorber vibration dampening system, in which this said special shock absorber device interacts with the end portion of the said main frame shaft lower extension supporting together the racket shaft and the handle said body-frame, in which the mechanical device support the said center of gravity adjustable weight distribution device system and the exterior adjustable knob.

A tennis racket is claimed in  claim 1 , in which the overall length measured from the said handle end to a top said head portion is at least above or 70 cm/27.56 inches, in which the said dynamic center of gravity or said center of percussion measured form the handle end is at least above or 54.5 cm/21.46 inches, in which the said center of gravity measured from the said handle end is variable and adjustable at least between 35 cm and up to 42 cm/13.78 inches and up to 16.54 inches.

A tennis racket is claimed in  claim 1 , in which the head frame and framing system supporting longitudinally and vertically the said central main sole string and a plurality of said angularly mounted strings systems, in which the said head frame and framing system supporting multiple strings configurations, that means, in which the long axis supports at least above or 15 angular strings, in which the short axis supports at least or above 19 angular strings, in which the center main sole string support  1  string horizontally and vertically aligned with single or multiple string combined configurations, in which the framing system configuration forms at least above or 15×19×1 string pattern.  
     
     
         4 . A tennis racket is claimed in  claim 3  wherein: 
 the head frame and framing system supporting a plurality of angularly mounted long axis and short axis strings systems, in which the central main sole string form part of the angularly mounted long axis and short axis head framing strings system and it formulates at least above or 17×19 string crossing pattern with single or multiple string configurations.

 a head frame and framing system supporting a triple strings channels, in which the each said channels strings supporting independently the central, top and bottom strings, in which the central main sole string operate independently from the top and bottom strings channels with a single or multiple strings configurations.    
     
     
         6 . A tennis racket is claimed in  claim 5 , wherein: 
 the head frame and framing strings systems supporting independently the central, top and bottom strings configurations, in which this said multiple strings configurations forms a unique said pyramidal geometric figure in the center of the primary sweet-spot portion or center of percussion of the said tennis racket.    
     
     
         7 . A tennis racket is claimed in  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 a head frame and framing system, in which the throat primary straight shafts keeping the 0° to 70° angle configuration with a defined string hitting area of at least above or 95 square inches.

 a head frame and framing system, in which the throat primary straight shafts keeping the 0° to 70° angle configuration with a defined string hitting area of at least above or 110 square inches.    
     
     
         9 . A tennis racket is claimed in  claim 8 , further comprising: 
 a head frame and framing system, in which the throat primary straight shafts keeping the 0° to 70° angle configuration with a defined string hitting area at least above or between 95 to 110 square inches.    
     
     
         10 . A tennis racket angular head frame and framing system comprising: 
 a variable strings patterns; and    a multiple strings configurations; and    a variable strings tension; and    a triple strings channels; and    a asymmetrical head configuration;    wherein the tennis racket geometry variable playing characteristics are similar or identical in both faces.
