Device for unwinding or applying adhesive tape
Abstract
The invention relates to a device for unwinding or applying adhesive tape, especially double-sided adhesive tape, to be unwound from a roil of adhesive tape( 5 ). Said device is comprised of a discoid unwinding body ( 1 ) and of a roll accommodating device ( 2 ) which can be placed thereon, whereby the unwinding body and the accommodating device share a common central axis, around which the roll of adhesive tape ( 5 ) rotates during unwinding. The discoid unwinding body ( 1 ) has a supporting surface ( 3 ) on which one side of the roll of adhesive tape roll fully rests, and from which the accommodating device ( 2 ) protrudes. The outer diameter of the roll accommodating device is smaller than the inside diameter of the roll of adhesive tape ( 5 ) to be accommodated thereon to such an extent that the roll can be easily inserted onto the roll accommodating device ( 2 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for unwinding and applying adhesive tape, especially double-sided adhesive tape, which is to be unwound from a roll of adhesive tape, and comprises a discoid unwinding body ( 1 ) and a roll-accommodating device ( 2 ) mounted thereon, which have a common central axis, about which the adhesive tape roll ( 5 ) rotates during unwinding, the discoid unwinding body ( 1 ) having a supporting surface ( 3 ), on which one side of the adhesive tape roll lies fully and from which the roll-accommodating device ( 2 ) protrudes, the external diameter of the roll-accommodating device ( 2 ) being smaller than the internal diameter of the adhesive tape roll ( 5 ), which is to be accommodated thereon, by such an amount, that the adhesive tape roll ( 5 ) can easily be slipped onto the roll-accommodating device.
2 . The device of claim 1 , for which the surface, especially the whole surface, of the supporting surface ( 3 ) of the discoid unwinding body ( 1 ) is constructed as a sliding surface.
3 . The device of claims 1 or 2 , for which a silicone paper is provided on the first surface ( 3 ) of the discoid unwinding body ( 1 ).
4 . The device of one of the claims 1 to 3 , for which the roll-accommodating device ( 2 ) has a peripheral surface ( 4 ), which serves to accommodate the adhesive tape roll ( 5 ) and protrudes essentially perpendicularly from the supporting surface ( 3 ), especially at a height of 2 cm.
5 . The device of claim 4 , for which the peripheral surface is formed partially by at least three elevations, which are at a height of 0.5 to 10 cm, and especially of 2 cm above the supporting surface.
6 . The device of one of the claims 1 to 5 , for which the discoid unwinding body ( 1 ) has a diameter to 10 to 30 cm, a recess ( 6 ), disposed in its center, with a diameter of 30 to 90 mm; corresponding to the diameter of the roll-accommodating device ( 2 ), and a thickness of 0.5 to 15 mm.
7 . The device of one of the ac claims 1 to 6 , the discoid unwinding body ( 1 ) of which is produced from a hard material, especially from metal, plastic or cardboardJoin the waitlist — get patent alerts
