Abstract

An elastic fabric structure having an elastic base fabric layer woven with warp and weft threads, the warp and weft threads each having at least one elastic core yarn and at least one surface yarn spirally wound round the at least one elastic core yarn, a soft lining layer of GORE-TEX or cotton bonded to an inner side of the elastic base fabric layer, and a covering layer with a color design bonded to an outer side of the elastic base fabric layer.

What the invention claimed is:  
     
         1 . An elastic fabric structure comprising an elastic base fabric layer woven with warp and weft threads, said warp and weft threads each comprising at least one elastic core yarn and at least one surface yarn spirally wound round said at least one elastic core yarn.  
     
     
         2 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 1  wherein said at least one elastic core yarn each is made of rubber.  
     
     
         3 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 1  wherein said at least one elastic core yarn each is made of Spandex.  
     
     
         4 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 1  wherein said at least one surface yarn each is made of Tetoron.  
     
     
         5 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 1  wherein said at least one surface yarn each is made of silk.  
     
     
         6 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 1  further comprising at least one soft lining layer bonded to an inner side of said elastic base fabric layer.  
     
     
         7 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 6  wherein said at least one soft lining layer each is made of GORE-TEX.  
     
     
         8 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 6  wherein said at least one soft lining layer each is made of cotton yarns.  
     
     
         9 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 1  further comprising a covering layer bonded to an outer side of said elastic base fabric layer.  
     
     
         10 . The elastic fabric structure of  claim 9  wherein said covering layer has a color design.
