Pneumatic toy gun
Abstract
A pneumatic toy gun includes a first passage has a movable tube for pushing a bullet therein, and a second passage. An air path is defined between the two passages. The second passage is separated by a separating member into two partitions and one of the partitions is connected with an air hose and the other partition has an movable impact member which is connected to the tube. A spring is biased to the impact member. The separating member has an aperture communicating with the air path. The air pressure assists the tube to be pulled back after each shooting so that the toy gun can be fired continuously without pulling the cocking piece on the impact member after each shooting.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A toy gun comprising:
a body having a first passage and a second passage respectively defined therein, an air path defined between said first passage and said second passage, an opening defined between said first passage and said second passage, a slot defined through said body and communicating with said second passage, a bullet feeding hole defined through said body and communicating with said first passage; a tube having two close ends and movably received in said first passage, a first end piece sealing said first passage at said rear end of said body, an aperture defined through a wall of said tube and communicating with said air path when said tube is not pulled toward said first end piece; a front end piece sealing said second passage at a front end of said body, a separating member fixedly received in said second passage and a third passage defined longitudinally through said separating member, a radial hole defined through a wall of said separating member and communicating with said third passage and said air path, a pin movably extending through said third passage and a first spring biased between said pin and said front end piece, an impact member movably received in said second passage and a connecting bar connected between said impact member and said tube via said opening, a recess defined in an outside of said impact member, a second spring biased between said impact member and a second end piece which seals said second passage at said rear end of said body, a cocking piece fixedly connected to said impact member and extending through said slot, and a trigger connected to an outside of said body and having a tongue which is located in said second passage and disengagably engaged with said recess in said impact member.
2 . The toy gun as claimed in claim 1 wherein an air hose connected to said body and communicates with a space between said front end piece and said separating member in said second passage.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
