Stroke-counting and multifunctional golf glove

Abstract

A stroke-counting and multifunctional golf glove, wherein stroke counters, a divot tool pouch for carrying a divot tool, a golfing tee holder dimensioned to receive a golfing tee and a golf ball marker are provided, thus improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of a golfer's game.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove, comprising: 
 at least one stroke counter carried by said golf glove and attached thereto via a first attachment means.    
     
     
         2 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 1  further comprising at least one loop, wherein said at least one loop is dimensioned for receiving at least one golfing tee.  
     
     
         3 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 1  further comprising a golf ball marker removably attached to said golf glove via a second attachment means.  
     
     
         4 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 1  further comprising a divot tool pouch formed in said glove, said divot tool pouch dimensioned for receiving a divot tool.  
     
     
         5 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 1 , wherein said at least one stroke counter is a dial.  
     
     
         6 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 5 , wherein said at least one stroke counter is rotatable to allow for the forward or reverse advancement of said at least one stroke counter.  
     
     
         7 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 6 , wherein said at least one stroke counter has numerical indicators and a pointer marked thereon, wherein said numerical indicators denote the number of strokes taken per hole, and wherein said at least one stroke counter is rotatably advanceable in either a forward or reverse direction so that said pointer is aligned with a number representative of the stroke count.  
     
     
         8 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 1  further comprising a fastening flap, wherein said at least one stroke counter is positioned on and removably attached via said first attachment means to said fastening flap.  
     
     
         9 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 1 , wherein said first attachment means is hook-and-loop fastener.  
     
     
         10 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 1 , wherein said first attachment means is at least one snap-button fastener.  
     
     
         11 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 3 , wherein said golf ball marker is removably attached to said golf glove via said second attachment means, wherein said second attachment means is hook-and-loop fastener.  
     
     
         12 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 3 , wherein said golf ball marker is removably attached to said golf glove via second attachment means, wherein said second attachment means is at least one snap-button fastener.  
     
     
         13 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 4 , wherein said divot tool pouch is positioned on the underside of the closure or fastening flap or cuff of said golf glove.  
     
     
         14 . A stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove, comprising: 
 at least one stroke counter carried by said glove;    at least one loop carried by said glove and dimensioned for receiving at least one golfing tee;    at least one golf ball marker carried by and removably attached to said glove; and    a divot tool pouch formed on said glove and dimensioned for carrying a divot tool.    
     
     
         15 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 14  further comprising at least one hole counter removably attached to said glove.  
     
     
         16 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 14 , wherein said at least one stroke counter is a dial.  
     
     
         17 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 14 , wherein said at least one stroke counter is rotatable to allow for the forward or reverse advancement of said at least one stroke counter.  
     
     
         18 . The stroke counting and multifunctional golf glove of  claim 17 , wherein said at least one stroke counter has numerical indicators and a pointer marked thereon, wherein said numerical indicators denote the number of strokes made, and wherein said at least one stroke counter is rotatably advanceable in either a forward or reverse direction so that said pointer is aligned with a number representative of the stroke count.  
     
     
         19 . A method of keeping stroke count in the game of golf, comprising the steps of: 
 a. obtaining a golf glove comprising at least one advanceable stroke counter carried thereon; and    b. advancing said at least one advanceable stroke counter to indicate the number of strokes.
