I claim:

1 . An improved pliable egg omelet in rolled tortilla breakfast food product the improvement comprising:
a tabular, integral food filling member dimensioned to overlay and cover a substantial portion of the tortilla, wherein the tortilla and pliable food filling member are placed together with the food product and rolled up, forming, in cross section, alternating tortilla and food filling member layers.

2 . A method for preparing a food product, the food product including a taco rolled up with an egg omelet as a filler therein, the improvement comprising the step of:
forming the egg omelet in a tabular shape, prior to placing it on the tortilla and rolling it up.

3 . A method of making a food product comprising the steps of:
providing: two conveyor belts, a hopper, an oven, a slicer, a cutter; pouring a liquid mix from the hopper onto the first end of the first conveyor belt; passing the liquid mix, carried on the first conveyor belt through the oven; residing the liquid mix in the oven for a time sufficient for the heat to convert the liquid mix to a pliable solid member; slicing the pliable member longitudinally; cutting the pliable member into rectangles with the cutter; and aligning the first conveyor belt with the second tortilla carrying conveyor belt such that the rectangular, pliable food members fall off the second end of the first conveyor belt onto the tortillas.
