Abstract

The purpose of this new invention, presently known as the H.I.P. Roome Sash Wrapper, is to supply an easy, attractive and useful way to display and/or bind a sash and/or wrap, shawl, scarf, cord, tie around the mid section of the human body waist and/or hips. The invention would be manufactured in various materials, lengths and widths to accommodate different sizes in waist/hips of the human body and would have loops of various sizes/shapes and materials on each end and loops of various sizes/shapes and materials along the length to bind the sash and/or wrap, shawl, scarf, cord, tie. The end loops would be connected with the use of various clasp and/or the ends of/or full length of the sash and/or wrap, shawl, scarf, cord, tie.

What I claim as my invention is:  
     
         1 . A hip/waist sash wrapper for use of binding a sash and/or wrap, shawl, scarf, cord, tie around the mid section of human body in an easy, useful and attractive manner comprised of: 
 a. a waist/hip band manufactured in various lengths and widths and materials,    b. loops, made up of various materials, shapes and sizes, attached to the waist/hip band at end and throughout band at various lengths and widths,    c. and an optional, unattached clasping device made up of different materials, sizes and shapes used to fasten end loops together around hip/waist of human body
