Abstract

A golf course, comprising at least one fairway area disposed as a substantially uninterrupted track, a plurality of tees associated with said fairway area, and a plurality of greens associated with said fairway area. And a method of playing golf comprising playing a track style variable route of play golf course wherein a golfer plays a series of designated golf holes by teeing off from a designated tee, among a plurality of potential tees, and playing along said track style fairway area to a designated green, among a plurality of potential greens.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

         1 . A golf course, comprising:
an at least one fairway area disposed as a substantially uninterrupted track, a plurality of tees associated with said fairway area, and a plurality of greens associated with said fairway area.

2 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein one or more of said greens may be associated with one or more of said tees.

3 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein said greens are disposed off and outside of said fairway area.

4 . The golf course of claim 2 wherein said greens are disposed off and outside of said fairway area.

5 . The golf course of claim 3 wherein said greens are disposed approximately 20 yards without the boundaries of said at least one fairway area.

6 . The golf course of claim 4 wherein said greens are disposed approximately 20 yards without the boundaries of said at least one fairway area.

7 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein said tees are disposed off and outside of said at least one fairway area.

8 . The golf course of claim 7 whereby the game can begin at any point throughout the course track creating a myriad of course track directional pattern variables.

9 . The golf course of claim 2 wherein said tees are disposed off and outside of said at least one fairway area.

10 . The golf course of claim 7 wherein said tees are disposed approximately 10 yards without the boundaries of said at least one fairway area.

11 . The golf course of claim 9 wherein said tees are disposed approximately 10 yards without the boundaries of said at least one fairway area.

12 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein said plurality of greens and said plurality of tees are substantially interspersed with one another throughout the length of said at least one fairway area.

13 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein said at least one fairway area is of a substantially linear shape

14 . The golf course of claim 13 further comprising a plurality of said at least one fairway areas disposed substantially in parallel to one another.

15 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein said at least one fairway area is of a substantially looped shape.

16 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein said at least one fairway area is of a substantially random shape.

17 . The golf course of claim 2 further comprising a means for designating said variable routes of play.

18 . The golf course of claim 2 further comprising a means of variably associating one of said tees with one of said greens.

19 . The golf course of claim 1 wherein said at least one fairway area intersects with a one or more other said at least one fairway areas.

20 . A method of playing golf comprising playing a track style variable route of play golf course wherein a golfer plays a series of designated golf holes by teeing off from a designated tee, among a plurality of potential tees, and playing along said track style fairway area to a designated green, among a plurality of potential greens.

21 . The method of claim 20 further comprising a method of playing golf wherein a plurality of individual golfers or golfing parties sequentially play upon said variable route of play golf course at the same time, such that they are each playing a distinct series of said series of designated golf holes, overlapping but generally not interfering with one another.
