Abstract

A tool box has a base casing and a cover casing engaging with the base casing. The base casing and the cover casing each has two rows of sockets to receive bits and screwdrivers. A hanging plate is disposed on a top portion of the base casing. A hook and an elastic clamp are disposed on the base casing. The elastic clamp engages with the hook. An opening is defined between the hook and the elastic clamp.

         1 . A tool box comprises: 
 a base casing and a cover casing engaging with the base casing,    each of the base casing and the cover casing having two rows of sockets,    a hook and an elastic clamp disposed on the base casing,    the elastic clamp engaging with the hook, and an opening defined between the hook and the elastic clamp.    
     
     
         2 . The tool box as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a hanging plate is disposed on a top portion of the base casing and the hanging plate has a slot.
