Abstract
A carrying structure is provided, which is supported on one wall of the loading space with the freedom to move between a rest position and at least one carrying position, where the carrying structure, when in the rest position, fits closely against the wall of the loading space.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A carrying device for a loading space of a motor vehicle, characterized in that a carrying structure ( 8 ) is provided, which is supported on a panel ( 4 ) of the loading space ( 1 ) with the freedom to move between a rest position and at least one carrying position, where the carrying structure ( 8 ), when in the rest position, fits closely against the panel ( 4 ) of the loading space ( 1 ).
2 . The carrying device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the carrying structure ( 8 ) is installed in a trunk ( 1 ) of a passenger vehicle near the bottom surface of an upper, essentially horizontal roof panel ( 4 ).
3 . The carrying device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the carrying structure ( 8 ) is designed to be dimensionally stable.
4 . The carrying device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the carrying structure ( 8 ) is acted upon at all times by a restoring spring arrangement ( 13 , 14 ), which pushes the structure toward the rest position.
5 . The carrying device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the carrying structure ( 8 ) has a trough-like, curved shape.
6 . The carrying device according to claim 3 , characterized in that the carrying structure ( 8 ) is supported along one edge with the freedom to pivot around a hinge axis ( 9 ) parallel to the panel ( 4 ).
7 . The carrying device according to claim 4 , characterized in that the restoring spring arrangement ( 13 , 14 ) is positioned near the hinge axis ( 9 ).
8 . The carrying device according to claim 3 , characterized in that the carrying structure ( 8 ) is designed as a yoke element, especially as a yoke made of metal wire.
9 . The carrying device according to claim 6 , characterized in that, in the area of the hinge axis ( 9 ), a bearing unit ( 10 ), which is attached permanently to the vehicle, is provided for the carrying structure ( 8 ).
10 . The carrying device according to claim 9 , characterized in that the bearing unit is made of plastic.
11 . The carrying device according to claim 9 , characterized in that the carrying structure ( 8 ) is connected detachably to the bearing unit ( 10 ).
12 . The carrying device according to claim 9 , characterized in that the bearing unit ( 10 ) is connected detachably to the panel ( 4 ) of the loading space ( 1 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
