Abstract

Fishing toy including a fishing tackle and a fished body. In the fished body are disposed a motor, a cell seat, a bite activation mechanism and a swinging mechanism. A trigger switch is disposed in the bite activation mechanism for controlling turning on/off of the motor to drive and swing the swinging mechanism. The swinging mechanism serves to reciprocally swing a tail part of the fished body and a bracket. The fished body has a form of a fish and including a buoyant main body and turnable eye parts, gill parts and tail part which are connected with the swinging mechanism. When the fished body is hooked, the swinging mechanism is driven to make the eye parts of the fished body rotate and make the gill parts and tail part swing left and right so as to simulate the real situation and achieve entertaining effect.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . Fishing toy comprising a fishing tackle and a fished body, in the fished body being disposed a motor, a cell seat, a bite activation mechanism and a swinging mechanism, a trigger switch being disposed in the bite activation mechanism for controlling turning on/off of the motor to drive and swing the swinging mechanism, said fishing toy being characterized in that the swinging mechanism includes a reducing gear coupled with the rotary shaft of the motor, the reducing gear via an eccentric first roller driving and reciprocally swinging a tail part of the fished body, the reducing gear being engaged with a gear set which via an eccentric second roller drives a bracket to reciprocally move, the fished body having a form of a fish and including a buoyant main body and turnable eye parts, gill parts and tail part which are connected with the swinging mechanism, whereby when the fished body is hooked, the swinging mechanism is driven to make the eye parts of the fished body rotate and make the gill parts and tail part swing left and right.

2 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bite activation mechanism is provided with a trigger switch, a bent block being disposed under the trigger switch, a magnet being fixed on lower side of one end of the bent block, a projecting section being formed on upper side of the other end, pivot shafts being disposed on two sides of the bent block for controlling turning on/off of the motor to drive and swing the swinging mechanism.

3 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket is formed with a slot, a guide boss of the second roller movably disposed on a partitioning board being fitted in the slot, two sides of rear end of the bracket being formed with slide slots in which the guide posts of the base seat are fitted, a screw being passed through the slide slot and screwed into the guide post, the bracket being back and forth slidable along inner sides of the ribs of the base seat.

4 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an oblique block is disposed on each side of the bracket for pushing the extension plates of the gill parts of the fished body so as to turn the gill parts left and right.

5 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two push arms are disposed on front side of the bracket for pushing the back faces of the eye parts of the fished body so as to rotate the eye parts.

6 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a guide post is disposed on the first roller and fitted in the slot of the fitting block of the tail part of the fished body so as to drive the tail part to reciprocally swing.

7 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cell seat is positioned under the main body and provided with a press switch for controlling turning on/off of the motor to drive and swing the swinging mechanism and make the eye part of the fished body rotate and make the gill part and tail part swing left and right.

8 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two sides of each eye part are provided with projecting posts for pivotally connecting the eye part on the main body, a hook section being disposed on back face of the eye part, one end of a spring being fixed at the hook section, while the other end of the spring being fixed on a bolt extending from the main body for rotating the eye part.

9 . Fishing toy as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the gill part has extension plates on two sides, each extension plate being provided with a projecting post for pivotally connecting with the main body, a front end of the gill part being provided with a hook section, one end of a spring being fixed at the hook section, while the other end of the spring being fixed on a bolt extending from the main body for left and right swinging the gill part.
