Abstract

The present application relates to a case ( 1 ) for packaging a product (P), particularly a cosmetic product, including a base ( 2 ) delimiting at least one housing ( 2 a ) containing the product (P), and a lid ( 4 ) articulated on the base via an intermediate element ( 20 ) capable, in a first configuration of the case, of pivoting both relative to the lid ( 4 ) and relative to the base ( 2 ), so as to allow the lid ( 4 ) to pivot through 360° relative to the base, the intermediate element ( 20 ) including catch means (C) capable, in a second configuration of the case, called the “use” configuration, of engaging with complementary catch means (B) of the base ( 2 ) so as to allow the locking of the intermediate element ( 20 ) on the base ( 2 ).

. Case ( 1 , 101 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that said intermediate element ( 20 , 120 ) is, in the use position, arranged substantially entirely on the plane (X) side facing the base.

. Case according to claim 1 or 2 , characterized in that the catch means (C) of the intermediate element ( 20 , 120 ) are capable of interacting by snap-fitting with the complementary catch means (B) of the base ( 2 , 102 ), said catch means (C) including a member ( 30 ) capable, upon its engagement with the complementary catch means (B) of the base ( 2 , 102 ), of flexing elastically in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of said intermediate element ( 20 , 120 ).

. Case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the intermediate element ( 20 , 120 ) has two longitudinal edges ( 21 , 22 ), a first articulation axis (A 1 ) being located in the vicinity of a first edge ( 21 ) of the intermediate element ( 20 ), a second axis (A 2 ) being located in a vicinity of a second edge ( 22 ), opposite the first one ( 21 ).

. Case ( 101 ) according to claim 4 , characterized in that it is formed entirely by moulding, in a single piece, said axes (A 1 , A 2 ) each being formed of a film hinge ( 23 , 24 ).

. Case ( 1 ) according to claim 5 , characterized in that it is made from polyolefin, and preferably from polypropylene.

. Case ( 101 ) according to any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that at least one of said axes (A 2 ) is formed by an attached pin hinge ( 124 ).

. Case ( 101 ) according to claim 7 , characterized in that the base ( 102 ) and the intermediate element ( 120 ) are connected by a film hinge ( 123 ), the lid ( 104 ) being connected to the intermediate element ( 120 ) by an attached pin hinge ( 124 ).

. Case according to claim 7 or 8 , characterized in that the lid is made from urea formaldehyde, acrylobutadiene styrene (ABS), polyoxymethylene (POM) or polystyrene acrylonitrile (SAN).

. Case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it defines a receptacle, delimiting at least one compartment ( 2 a , 102 a ), capable of containing at least one product, particularly a slakable product (P), such as a make-up product.

. Case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it includes means ( 2 b , 4 b ) capable of allowing reversible locking in the closed position of the lid ( 4 , 104 ) on the base ( 2 , 102 ).
